DMG Permit No. M-88-112 <br />Bi-weekly and Quarterly Water Sampling -July 3, 5, 12, and 18, 1995 <br />Dear Mr. Dillie: <br />Enclosed are the analytical reports from Core Laboratories for the bi-weekly water <br />samples collected July 3 and 5, 1995, a portion of the quarterly water samples collected <br />July 18, 1995 and a post detox sample collected July 12, 1995 as specified in the April <br />1992 Abatement Plan. The cross-reference table between sample identification numbers <br />and sample locations is attached. As specified in TR-006, calculated free and wad <br />cyanide values for the process point samples are enclosed. <br />The five groundwater wells (M-9, M-12, M-13, M-13R, and M-14), RS-l, RS-5, the <br />post detox, and the four process points were sampled and the analyses are enc6used. Iv1- <br />2, M-6, M-7, M-8 and the three lysimeter pairs were checked on July 3 and found to be <br />dry.
