Debris, organic matter, coal, etc., present in fill None visible. <br />2. General gradation and characteristics of material No apparent change from the <br />March 3, 1992 inspection. <br />3. Presence of water, surface and ground Seepage occuring along the lower part <br />of the drainage channel across from the middle of tree cluster. The flow <br />is flowing into Pond #004. The channel was flowing due to recent rains. <br />4. Condition of underdrain (approx. current width, depth, and length), material <br />gradation and characteristic, compaction, presence, of water N/A <br />5. General material movement Minor settlement cracks within backfilled and <br />graded area above old highwall. Will continue to be kept under <br />observation. <br />6. Proximity and treatment of seep points N/A <br />7. Condition of slope fill surface (grading, cracks or sloughing, erosion, <br />revegetation) General condition of the graded surface is good. Good vegetation <br />cover around check dams. No major visible evidence of severe erosion or <br />cracking except as noted. <br />8. Recommendation Continued observation as the fill is placed and the <br />West Wadge is graded and reclaimed. Differential settlement and <br />erosion should be monitored and repaired as necessary. <br />9.
