Their comments will be passed <br />on when we receive them. <br />2. How will all runoff waters be diverted into <br />the excavated mine? <br />Runoff waters in the area naturally run toward the <br />river. Since the mine will be located between <br />runoff areas and the river, runoff will naturally <br />flow into the pit. <br />3. The Division of Water Resources may request <br />an augmentation plan for the consumptive <br />use of water due to evaporative loss from <br />the planned 39 acre lake. <br />Please keep us advised of any developments in this <br />regard. <br />• <br />-- <br />
