Our schedules are clear the week of March 21, 1983.
A suggested meeting time to finalize the position on these issues is
Wednesday, March 23, 1983 at 1:00 p.m. There are two attachments
with this letter. First, is the information that Jim Pendleton
requested related to subsidence monitoring data collected by the
U.S. Department of Energy. The information being submitted at [his
time is simply the survey field notes from the installed monuments
over the longwall panel of mine No. 1. An extra copy of P1ap A, No. 1
Mine Subsidence Map from the permit application has been included with
survey station descriptions added to the map print. The second item
requested was an excerpt from a written discussion by a Snowmass Coal
Company contractor presenting facts to demonstrate that additional
piezometric monitoring or mapping should not be required. This is
being provided. Would you please see Cliat Mr. Roy Cox receives this
information.
Sincerely,
William S.
