Theref ore, the incremental <br /> increase in suspended soli ds and total iron in the <br /> North Fork w ould have been less than 0.023 mg/1 and <br /> 0.0008 mg/1 respectively. It is apparent from this <br />L analysis that mine water discharges have had no adverse <br />effect on the North Fork Gunnison River. The quality <br />of discharge often exceeds the quality of the North <br />Fork and the flows are so small relative to the North <br />Fork that the incremental change in concentration is <br />imperceptable. <br />~ , Discharges during Water Year 1984 are expected to be <br />similar to that experienced in 1983.
