~~~ • III IIIIIIIIIIIII III ~ <br />ok <br />BOETTCHER SANDSTONE QUARRY ~r• L ~c a S <br />ro~IS~ ~'J <br />LIMITED IMPACT PERMIT N0. 77-345 <br />NOTICE OF INTENT TO CONTINUE MINING OPERATIONS <br />OCT. 1980 - OCT. 1981 <br />IDEAL BASIC INDUSTP.IES, ItIC. <br />CEMENT DIVISION <br />:`:.. _ <br />INTRODUCTION <br />In accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the <br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board, Rule 3, encl~~sed <br />is Drawing No. bcc-1368 which has been marked by color code <br />to show the workings of the Boettcher Sandstone Qua~.rry. <br />The Limited Impact permitted and bonded area is out Lined <br />in red (9 acres) and includes all previously disturbed <br />land at this location. <br />1) The land affected from July 1, 1976 (effec~=ive <br />date of HB-1065) to October 1, 1980 (ten (:LO) <br />days in advance of October 10 permit anniversary <br />date) is outlined in black. This area is +ipproxi- <br />mately 6.4 acres and remains active quarry area. <br />2) The land to be affected (active quarry) during <br />the year October 10, 1980 - October 10, 19131 is <br />outlined in yellow.
