Rule 2.04.13(1):By February 15, or other such date as agreed on, each permittee shall file an
annual reclamation report covering the previous calendar year for all areas under bond. The
report shall include, but not be limited to, test, discussion and maps which address:
The Pittsburg & Midway Coal Mining Company Annual Reclamation Report (ARR) is in
compliance with this rule. The ARR is required by February 15 as no such other date has been
agreed on in the PAP. The due date was rescheduled. It was submitted March 24, 2006, under a
W WC Engineering letter, and was received in the Division of Minerals and Geology (Division)
on March 27, 2006.
Rule 2.04.13(1)(a): The name and address of the permittee and permit number;
The ARR is in compliance with this rule. The cover of the ARR includes the name of the
permittee (The Pittsburg & Midway Coal Mining Co.). The address (116 Inverness Drive East,
Englewood, Colorado 80113) and permit number (C-001-80) are identified on the ARR form.
Rule 2.04.13(1)(6): Location and number of acres disturbed during that year;
The ARR is in compliance with this rule. An entry on the Division report form indicates "0".
Rule 2.04.13(1)(c): Location and number of acres bacl~lled and graded during that year;
The ARR is in compliance with this rule. An entry on the Division report form indicates "0".
Rule 2.04.13(1)(d): Location and number acres topsoiled during that year;
The ARR is in compliance with this rule. An entry on the Division report form indicates "0".
