<br />S.U.P. 1F93-233 Twenty Mlle Cooi Co. Page 4 <br />c. Twentymile Coal Company will have warning signs placed within the road right of <br />way and spaced throughout the area to be subsided. The signs will read "Rough <br />Road", "Drive with Care". <br />d. Twentymile Coal Company will seal all cracks within the asphalt that penetrate to <br />the road base material resulting from subsiding the road(s). During active <br />longwall mining the road(s) will be inspected daily for evidence of surface <br />cracking. The County will be consulted as to the correct materials to be utilized <br />for completing repairs. <br />e. Twentymile Coal Company will repair potholes resulting from subsiding the road. <br />The County will be consulted as to the correct materials to be utilized for <br />completing repairs. <br />Twentymile Coal Company will repair drainage ditches along the road(s) that <br />have been damaged due to subsiding the road. <br />g. Twentymile Coal Company will place a Colorado Flex-Post Rockfal{ fence or <br />similar type of barrier along selected sections of the County Road 27, as <br />specified in SAIC report of March 30, 1992, to minimize the potential for rocks to <br />roll upon the road. <br />h. Twentymile Coal Company representatives and Routt County representatives <br />will inspect the road and County Bridge #927 every six months, or the first <br />favorable inspection period thereafter the expiration of the operation for a period <br />of up to two years. If no further repairs or any repairs are required Twentymile <br />Coal Company will have completed its obligations for maintaining the road(s) <br />and the Bridge, and all further repairs will be the responsibility of the County <br />thereafter. <br />20.The Petitioner will cooperate with the Division of Wildlife regarding the riparian areas <br />of Fish Creek. <br />21. The Petitioner and the Ashley's shall work out an agreement to mitigate any <br />subsidence on the Ashley property. <br />22.The Petitioner agrees not to undermine County Bridge #927 or the area around it <br />and the dimensions of that area to be determined in consultation with the County <br />Engineer and the Board of County Commissioners. The Petitioner should submit a <br />new map to reflect that Agreement. <br />
