Permit No. M-77-153, <br />Anniversary Date: 02 / 07 <br />FEDERAL TAS ID,~ <br />Annual Report <br />/2003 <br />Our files indicate that the anniversary date for this permit <br />is February 7, 2003. This pit HAS NOT been granted a Temporary <br />Cessation and it HAS operated more than 180 days this year. This <br />111.20 acre ± pit is not a phased operation and the current bond <br />is 540,800.00. The facility is located in Adams Ccunty. The <br />Denver Water Board (DWB) has owned the property for 4 years and <br />are working on the property as we mine. We understand that they <br />plan to incorporate this pit in their larger water storage <br />facility being a water storage <br />Please refer to the Annual Report Map for items discussed in <br />this report. We will deal specifically with each of the Annual <br />Report requirements as outlined in Rule 1.15 of the Rules and <br />Regulations and the Annual Notice Letter. <br />(1) No new area was disturbed this year, and we continued to <br />mine material from the bottom of the lake area. Mining is <br />now complete with only a minor amount of stockpiled material <br />being left to remove from the Plant Site area. <br />The current areas of disturbance are: <br />
