Please refer to the map attached for <br />locations of the areas discussed in this report. <br />Reference is made to MLRB Rules and Regulations, Section 2.40. <br />2.41 (1) We stripped an additional 3.67 acres ± in Stage 1 (brown). <br />Mining removed 2.45 ac.± in Stage I and 0.55 ac. ± in <br />Stage C, on areas previously disturbed (yellow). <br />(2) Backfilling in Stage Y resumed this year since we again <br />stripped part of the pit providing a source of backfill <br />material. No other stages require reclamation at this <br />time. <br />(3) We partially backfilled 4.53 acres ± in Stage Y (orange). <br />In addition we sloped 110 feet of banks at 2h:ly in <br />Stage C (green). <br />(4) No planting was scheduled for this year. <br />(5) Not applicable. <br />
