Cattany <br />Division DireROr <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Second quarter 2006 Waste Pile inspection report was received by the inspector in the field on July 10, 2006. <br />The inspection of both piles, Surface Waste PIle and Old No. 9 Excavation was conducted on June 26, 2006. <br />No additional material was added to either pile during Second quarter 2006. The mine is in temporary <br />cessation. No additional maintenance items were identified fox either pde. The report agrees with the <br />inspector's observations on the mine site. <br />Rule 4.09.1(11) states that the waste pile inspection report needs to be forwarded to the Division within two <br />weeks of the inspection. The report was received by the Division within two weeks of the inspection.
