The "Notice of
Intent to Explore"(NOI) fully describes the scope and the methods of the
exploration activities.
Division Question:
Will the road be used to access other facilities?
MCC Response:
No other purposes are planned for this road i.e. water monitoring, subsidence
monitoring, and etc. This may explain, in part, why other proposed uses were absent
in the NOI.
