The results of the review are <br />summarized in the attached review checklist. The report fulfilled for the year 2000 the requirement [o file <br />an annual hydrology report. <br />The Division has the following comments regarding the report. Please submit the requested changes to <br />the permit application in a Technical Revision. <br />1. Update of map in permit application showing surface and ground water monitoring sites (Map <br />2.04.7-1-A). Please provide an updated version of this map showing the current permit boundary. <br />2. Maps showing nearby water wells, surface water structures, and water'rights. To ensure <br />compliance with Sections 2.04.7(1)(b), 2.04..7(4)(a), and 2.04.7(f), please add map(s) to the permit <br />application showing the water wells, structures, and rights that are within one mile of the permit <br />boundary shown on the attached copies of print-outs from the State Engineer's office. To ensure <br />compliance with Sections 2.04.7(l)(a)(iv), 2.04.7(l)(b), and 2.04.7(4)(a), please include on the map <br />the following information for each of those items: ownership, uses, total depth (for wells), and yield <br />(if reported). <br />3. Update of PHC.
