Goldman and Olive M. Goldman as trustees of The Eagle River <br /> 1978 Trust, Eagle Ranch, Inc. and The Brush Creek & Eagle River Company, as <br /> their interest may appear. <br /> Please be advised that the foregoing parties may be affected or aggrieved <br /> by the Board's actions in the above-referenced matter. Please be further <br /> advised that on May 14, 1984 I wrote to Mined Land Reclamation and stated <br /> briefly and plainly the facts which entitle my clients to be admitted as <br /> parties to the above-references hearing and the matters which the Board should <br /> decide. A copy of that letter is attached hereto. <br /> On May 23, 1984 I made request on behalf of my clients that the Board <br /> hold a formal hearing. Pursuant to the Colorado Administrative Procedures Act <br /> C.R.S. 24-4-105(5) request is hereby made that the Board issue a subpoena to <br /> Susan Vaughan, Planner, Eagle County. Her testimony is essential to <br /> presentation of my clients' case before the Board. The Board of County <br /> Commissioners of Eagle County have instructed the staff to cooperate in <br /> proceedings before the Board. Susan Vaughan is prepared to testify. I have <br /> prepared and enclose herewith a subpoena.
