As outlined <br />in TR-010, daily samples of the active pond and the collection pond <br />are analyzed on-site. A weekly sample of the inactive pond is also <br />analyzed on-site. TR-010 specifies a simple monthly average for <br />regulating pond compliance. The February averages are <es follows: <br />Active Pond <br />Inactive Pond <br />Collection Pond <br />1.16 ppm CN-wad, <br />1.22 ppm CN-wad, <br />0.93 ppm CN-wad, <br />1.30 ppm CN-total <br />1.42 ppm CN-total <br />1.11 ppm CN-total <br />The February simple averages show compliance with our permit <br />standards of 3.8 ppm CN-wad and 4.4 ppm CN-total.
