Colorado 80203 <br />Re: M-77-459, Annual Report and Fee <br />Dear Division: <br />RECEIVED <br />JUL ~ 7 1999 <br />Division of Minerals ~ Geolo9Y <br />Please find enclosed our check in the amount of $225.00, our annual report form, and a map of our <br />operations for the Lake County Gravel Pit, permit number M-77-459. <br />The enclosed map provides the following information: <br />I. The approximate extent of current disturbances to affected land. <br />2. Reclamation accomplished to date and during the proceeding year. <br />3. New disturbances that are anticipated to occur during the upcoming year. <br />4. Reclamation that will be performed during the tooting year. <br />The County operates the airport pit during the summer months of [he year. We are unable [o give <br />exact dates of operation, as- we are dependent on weather conditions. When the snow comes off and <br />adequate ntoismre has left the ground dictates when we may start our summer operations.
