Logan County, Operator, files this Notice of Intent to Continue Mining Operations at
the Kokes Pit,M-78-249.
According to the revision of November 1988, an updated map is not included as:
1. It shows land affected in 2000, approximately 18,180 yards were mined.
2. Fees collected were$5,817.60.
3. It shows anticipated mining activity in 2001.
4. Reclamation will occur on an on-going basis where there is a sufficient area
affected (usually 3-5 acres) and when economically feasible.
The$281.00 fee was included in a check for$2,374.00 written for(7)pits.
