The current bond amount is $15,400, the permitted area is 46.55 acres ± and the pit is not Phasiad. This pit HAS NOT been granted a Temporary Cessation and it HAS operated more than 180 days this year. Please refer to the map attached for the areas discussed in this report. We will deal specifically with each of the Annuzil Report questions as required in Rule 1.15 of the Rules and Regulations and the Annual Notice Letter. (1) No new area was disturbed this year, mining continued in LAKE ROBERT, the lake surface of the facility remains unchanged at 15.38 ac. ±. Please refer to last years annual report map for areas discussed in this report. All water surface areas are colored blue on the map. The plant site remains at 8.71 acres ± (brown). There are three temporary sand stockpiles (or- ange), two in LAKE ROBERT and one in LAKE MARJORIE these piles as still being used. The sand piles cover a tota:L of 6.47 acres ± and will eventually be removed as the demand for sand increases in our market area. We mined deeper in LAKE ROBERT this year and removed materials stockpiled in years east.
