The current bond amount is $15,400, the <br />permitted area is 46.55 acres ± and the pit is not Phasiad. This <br />pit HAS NOT been granted a Temporary Cessation and it HAS operated <br />more than 180 days this year. Please refer to the map attached for <br />the areas discussed in this report. <br />We will deal specifically with each of the Annuzil Report <br />questions as required in Rule 1.15 of the Rules and Regulations and <br />the Annual Notice Letter. <br />(1) No new area was disturbed this year, mining continued in LAKE <br />ROBERT, the lake surface of the facility remains unchanged at <br />15.38 ac. ±. Please refer to last years annual report map for <br />areas discussed in this report. All water surface areas are <br />colored blue on the map. The plant site remains at 8.71 acres <br />± (brown). There are three temporary sand stockpiles (or- <br />ange), two in LAKE ROBERT and one in LAKE MARJORIE these piles <br />as still being used. The sand piles cover a tota:L of 6.47 <br />acres ± and will eventually be removed as the demand for sand <br />increases in our market area. We mined deeper in LAKE ROBERT <br />this year and removed materials stockpiled in years east. The <br />areas of disturbance remain unchanged from last year.The <br />following is the current status of the area disturbed in each <br />lake area: <br />gEC;E1VED <br />FEB ~ 7 1995 <br />LAKE MARJORIE <br />4.90 Acres ± lake (blue) <br />2.97 Acres ± temporary sand pile (orange) <br />0.13 Acres ± backfilled area.
