Long
Drvivon Director
The Division has reviewed the 1997 Annual Subsidence Report. The approved permit requires
twice yearly visual inspections of the potentially affected areas above the Roadside South and
Roadside North mines. Several previously documented cracks were observed to be continuing to
infill and "heal". No phenomena weae observed which did not comply with projections included
within the permit subsidence predictions. As in the past, the report was exceptionally thorough
and well documented.
Please contact me if you have any questions.
Sincer y, ^~G~
~/
Dan T.
