PERMIT NO.: 78-102 <br />Pursuant to the requirements stated in Section 1.62 and Section 3.4 <br />of the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board, <br />we are submitting the following information on our permitted area known <br />as the Shipps Pit. <br />During the past year we have excavated no material from the affected <br />area. However, we do have several stockpiles from previous excavations <br />located in the area. <br />We have done no major reclamation during the past year. <br />At the present time we are not sure when the next operation will <br />commence. Total time of operation in the affected area will arobably <br />be less than 180 days. <br />,, <br />
