14
,~ In conclusion o£ the reclamation done during the summer of 1979, out of all the
species planted, I feel that the Fourwing Saltbush is the most hardy and the fastest
growing seedling, I expect the Pinon Pine, Prairie Sagewort, Gambel Oak, Mountain
Snowberry and Fringed Sagebrush to have a survival rate of at least 75%. The Ponderosa
Pine, Mountain Mohogany, Skumkbush Sumac, Indian Ricegrass and Common Winterfat,
should have a survival rate of about 50~.
I would like to express my appreciation for those people who helped me during,
the summer, and I would also like to say that I could not have finished planting
without them.
Ken Klco And, of course, John Fister, who
Norm Schrader made his pick-up available for
Paul Van Dyke reclamation use.
Lenard Cooper
Mike Cade
Wiley Duckworth
Ron Koch
Keith Cooper
Floyd Bullard
Gary Lane
Stan Koch
2 thoroughly enjoyed working here this summer.
l J

h
Jeff Manly
