(6) Measure monthly water depth for groundwater monitoring wells (GWs). <br />• (7) Measure annually water depth for groundwater; revert back to monthly if water Is found. <br />(8) Measure water conductivity, PH, temperature, and depth. Have full suite laboratory analysis using <br />the Ground Water Parameters on following list (February, May, August, and November) <br />(9) Monitoring of all groundwater wells in New Horizon 1 Mine has been discontinued as per DMG's <br />approval of TR38. Monitoring of these wells will resume when WFC applies for Phase 3'bond <br />release. When monitoring resumes for Phase 3 purposes, then procedure Field(9) will change to <br />Field(6) parameters. <br />(10) Monitoring of wells GW-N16P1, GW-N17P1, GW-N18P1, GW-N36, GW-N37, GW-N38, GW-N39 and <br />GW-N40 in New Horizon 2 Mine has been discontinued as per DMG's approval of TR38. Monitoring <br />of these wells will resume when WFC applies for Phase 3 bond release. When monitoring resumes <br />for Phase 3 purposes, then procedure Lab(10) will change to Lab(5) parameters. <br />(11) Monitoring of GW-N10, GW-N26, and GW-N28 in New Horizon 1 Mine, have been discontinued as <br />per DMG's approval of TR38. Monitoring of these wells will resume when WFC applies for Phase 3 <br />bond release. When monitoring resumes for Phase 3 purposes, then procedure Field(11) will <br />change to Field(7) parameters.. <br />NOTE: In anticipation of a Phase 3 bond release application for the New Horizon 1 Mine area, pre-TR- <br />38 sample parameters for monitoring stations in that area were re-instituted in April 2000. <br /> <br /> <br />(REVISED 9159) 2.04.7-41 <br />
