No changes occurred in the Permit M-1977-032 area during 2004, and the site map, submitted
with the Permit application, on file with the Colorado Division of Minerals & Geology, remains
current. No reclamation work was conducted during 2004, and no reclamation is scheduled
during 2005. Additional site disturbances are not currently planned during the upcoming year,
and the mine will be maintained in standby status.
