Please include the monitoring of the Colorado Discharge Permit <br />System (CDPS) Industrial General Permit Facility Number COG-860019 (CDPS Permit) as part <br />of the monitoring program in the report [Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(iii)]. The Discharge Monitoring <br />Reports (DMRs) have been submitted to the Division quarterly, but are still required in the annua' <br />report [Rule 4.05.13(4)(c)]. Suggested means of such revisions are to: <br />revise page 3 of the report with an added paragraph that reads <br />"The monitoring program includes the requirements of Colorado Dischazge Permit System <br />Industrial General Permit Facility Number COG-860019 (CDPS Permit)." <br />_ _~- ~~ <br />page 5 of the report with an added paragraph <br />"Copies of Quarterly Discharge Monitoring Reports have been provided, under separate cover, to <br />the Division at the same schedule required by the CDPS Permit.
