Cattany <br />Division Director <br />~ Natural Resource Trustee <br />Submittal of documents: <br />Effective June 1, 2002, and as a reminder, persons submitting documents, including maps, <br />technical revisions, figures, reports, annual reports, exhibits, etc., aze requested to supply two <br />copies. One copy should be unbound. If you aze submitting an application, a technical revision, <br />or an amendment, the original document which contains original signatures, should be unbound. <br />Your cooperation will help us process your documents more efficiently. <br />DMG's new records management project has eliminated the need to submit more than two <br />copies of applications, amendments, and other documents to the Minerals Program. Applicants <br />still must provide copies of applications to the appropriate county clerk and recorder in order <br />to meet the public notice requirements of the Act and Regulations. <br />If you are submitting documents for a Board hearing, you must submit at least thirteen (13) <br />copies, (one ofwhich is unbound) for the Boazd hearing at least ten (10) working days prior to <br />the Board hearing. (Please contact the Board's Assistant for Board meeting dates.)
