Soil was replaced m 6.6 ecrcs of final <br />graded elopes in the 'A' pit arcs. Soil was direct hauled from selvage arras ahead of the "A" pit. <br />Soil Balance <br />SCC is submining the soil balance with the Annual Rxlamation Report m required by Permit C-82-057, Tab 21, Pages 5, 32, and <br />33, end es recommended by Section 32.04.13(2) of Colorado's Regulations for Coal Mitustg. The soil balance is completed to <br />ensure soil is selvaged, stoclWiled, end replaced as recommended and approved in the permit, and, i(naesaery, to readjust the soil <br />mlvage and redistribution thiclmese.
