Dear Barb: Enclosed is letter dated April 30, 1990 from your office regarding a permit on certain property in Durango, CO. Mr. John G. Horvath no longer owns the property and should be eliminated from your files andlor computer files for Permit No. 119-77-546. • My client is The First National Bank of Durango and pursuant to certain proceedings, The First National Bank of Durango became fee title owner to the property, incorporating the permit referenced in your April 30, 1990 letter. This property, as well as all permits, etc., attached to the property, and any additional rights, were sold to Mr. Brice Lee. The First National Bank of Durango, as well as this office, contacted your office last pear requesting elimination of Mr. Horvath's name from your list. Mr. Horvath does not wish to be contacted by your office again. Please eliminate him from your file, as well as The First National Bank of Durango, and insert the proper individual who should receive this information; namely, Brice Lee.
