Snowcap Coal Company, Inc. - 4 - 2006 Annual Reclamation Report The North Decline disturbed areas were treated for infestation of cheat_grass. The treatment was chemical for two consecutive years, year one (2005) with Plateau/Roundup and year two (2006) with Plateau. After the second application, September 2006, the area was scheduled to be interseeded with approved seed mix specified in Table 14-14 of the permit.
