Pond 002, 004 and 005 have been essentially dry during each visit. Pond 001 and 006
held water during the year and the stored water was always clean when I inspected these ponds.
Clear water indicates to me that no significant amount of sediment laden water had entered the
pond. My conclusion is that the sediment storage volume of Pond 001, 002, 004 and 005 have
not changed significantly and so I elected not to survey for volumetric.
Pond 007 was surveyed for volume on March 10'" , 1999 and the enclosed certified AutoCad
drawing is attached to this report. I am happy to say that the volume of Pond 007 has not
significantly changed since 1998 and it has approximately 10.4 AC-FT more capacity than what
the approved design calls for.
Sincerely,
Ross L.
