As the West <br />Elk Mine is an underground mine and the disturbed area covers the life-of--mine facilities area, no <br />permanent reclamation was completed during 1999. The only permanent reclamation completed <br />to date has,~een at the Lower Retuse Pile. However, MCC did Complete interim reclamation in <br />areas at the.~.tpain mine site and in the Sylvester Gulch Facilities Area. Maps have been included <br />with the report that show these areas.
