I provided you with an information fact shzet
that gives you a summary of the monitoring requirements and locations, NPDES locations and a
summary of the potential hydrologic impacts identified in the PHC. 1 have also provided some
general comments regarding changes made to the monitoring plan in 1997, exceedances noted
and observations. If needed, the AHR file containing previous reviews are located in my office.
They did not respond to our comments for the 1996 AHR. 1 sent to letter to Mike Altavilla,
rather than Dennis Jones. I will see where these ended up.
All monitoring has been conducted in accordance with the approved plan, with the exception of
Cow Camp Creek alluvial well (GW-S46-A). The ground level reports and hydrograph were not
included in the report. 1 will direct this comment to Seneca.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
cc: Larry Routten
c:\esc\seneca2\980422
