I have reviewed the above mentioned report. You indicated that you had reviewed the
monitoring results in terms of compliance with the permit requirements, so I did not repeat that
review. I reviewed the monitonng results in comparison to past monitoring. I have the
following cornments.
1. Water levels in well 33B, which was dry at both 1994 site visits, are consistent with past
monitoring. Previous reports indicate this well has been dry since 1991.
2. Water levels in well 30C are also consistent with past results. There have been only
minor fluctuations in the level of this well over the past five years.
3. Water quality in well 30C, appears to be within the ran a exhibited since 1986. Total
dissolved solids, with values of 1200 mg/l and 1342 mg~this year, aze within the 1000
mg/1 to 1700 mg/1 range observed since 1986.
All of the monitoring data provided indicate that ground water quantity and quality are within
expected ranges, and so it does not appear that there are any concerns.
