Rule 4.05.13(4)(c): A hydrologic report shall be submitted to the Division annually with the date
of submittal determined in consultation with the permittee. The annual hydrologic report shall
contain at a minimum:
The report is in compliance with this rule. The report is to be submitted to the Division by April 1
following closure of the report yeaz (Permit, page 4.05-11). The report was received in the Division
on Mazch 10, 2000, under a transmittal letter of Mazch 9, 2000. Water monitoring requirements aze
presented on pages 4.05-11 through 4.05-14 of the permit, and aze summarized on page 1 of the
report. There are two surface water monitoring stations on Goodspring Creek (New Upper
Goodspring Creek station located upstream from mining activities, and Lower Goodspring Creek
station located below mining activities). There is one surface water monitoring station on Taylor
Creek (Lower Taylor Creek below mining activities). There are two groundwater monitoring wells
on Goodspring Creek (North Goodspring Well located downstream of mining activities and the A6
well located upstream of mining activities). There is one alluvial monitoring well (Gossard Wel])
located down gradient from the Gossazd Coal Loadout facility.
Rule 4.05.14(4)(c)(i): Water quantity data obtained from each monitoring site during the water
year;
