Transfer of Ownership or Control (Continued) <br />b) The notice includes a written agreement betweerx the existing and <br />new permittees containing a specific date far transfer of permit <br />responsibility, coverage and liability between them; and <br />c) The current permittee has met all fee requireme:nts of the State <br />Discharge Permit System Regulations, Section 6.16.0. <br />4. A•railability of Reports <br />E:tcept for data determined to be confidential undex• Section 308 of <br />tixe Federal Clean Water Act and Regulations for the: State Discharge <br />Permit System 6.6.4 (2), all reports prepared in accordance with the <br />tr:rms of this permit shall be available for public inspection at C`.xe <br />offices of the State Water Quality Control Division and the <br />Environmental Protection Agency. <br />5. Hcrdification, Suspension, or Revocation of P~armits By the Division <br />A1.1 permit modification, termination or revocation and reissuance <br />actions shall be subject to the requirements of the State Discharge <br />Permit System Regulations, Sections 6.6.2, 6.6.3, 6.8.0 and 6.16.0, .i <br />C.C.R. 1002-2, except far minor modification:;. Minor modifications <br />may only correct typographical errors, require a change in the <br />frequency of monitoring or reporting by the permittee, change an <br />interim date in a schedule of compliance or allow for a change in <br />ownership or operational control of a facility including addition, <br />deactivation or relocation of discharge points when: the Division <br />determines that no other change in the permit: is ne~:essary. <br />a) This permit may be modified, suspended, or revolted in whole or in <br />part during its term for reasons determined by the Division <br />including but not limited to, the following: <br />(i) Violation of any terms or conditions of t:he permit; <br />(ii) Obtaining a permit by misrepresentation crr failing [o <br />disclose any face which is material to tt~e granting or <br />denial of a permit or to the establishment of terms or <br />conditions of the permit; <br />(iii) Materially false or inaccurate statements or information in <br />the application for the permit; <br />~'~~. <br />• <br />r~ <br />L~ <br />Code: i - JO Date: 1-84, revised 12-88 <br />
