L & L READY MIX
P.O. BOX 218
HAXTUN, CO 80731
10-07-OS
ANNUAL REPORT
Division of Minerals and Geology
Department of Natural Resources
State of Colorado
- - - 1313 Sherman StreeC, Room 215 "
Denver, CO 80203
RE: PERMIT #: M-1998-059
Operation Name: Sunny Dale Farm Pit
Anniversary Date: September I5, 2005
Annual Fee: $688.00
Civil Penalty $688.00
ATTENTION: Tawnya Deherrera
We have almost completed all of the mining and reclamation of the creek bed under our
permit. We have two areas that we are extracting fill gravel and fines, but for the most
part, the only reclamation needed is to reseed and get the vegetation established. In
addition, the road across the pasture is still graveled and has not been reclaimed. We
have applied for a technical revision to proceed to the north and west following the
natural creek bed, but are keeping the azea we have now as "disturbed".
Submitted by: Laurine Koellner ~~~~ ~„~~
Enclosure: Map
Check # 7219/ $1,376.00
