I <br />1 lOC ANNUAL FEE INVOICE AND REPORT REQUEST <br />EAST PHASE: <br />The east phase of this mine is reclaimed and seeded (see map). It is now in it's fifth growing <br />season and is doing well. When further growth is established road access will be eliminated and <br />bottom work will be completed. <br />WEST PIiA.SE: <br />Portions of the west phase have top soil and mulch replaced but no seed at this time. Other parts <br />have been back sloped and are ready for top soil and mulch.
