The total affected acreage is approximately 58.2 <br />acres. No additional acres were disturbed during this period. No additional acres were <br />reclaimed during this period. A total of 10.2 acres have been backfilled, topsoiled and <br />seeded but has yet to receive bond release. <br />Operations (Next Year) <br />No additional acres are to be disturbed at the Chieftain South Mine next period. <br />Bonding <br />Deemed adequate at this time. <br />
