lopes of the permit area. A full landscape plan has been submitted to Eagle county as <br />part of a Special Use permit amendment to allow the construction of the office and <br />shop buildings. All water containment berms have been inspected and are found to be <br />intact. As shown on the Annual report map, many internal roads will be paved as part <br />of the revised operation. <br />(3) For the upcoming year, the final transition from a mine site to an industrial site <br />will take place with the installation of the two new buildings, paved roads and <br />landscaping. Modification of the access from Highway 6 may also take place. <br />(4) The reclaimed north facing slopes in the eastern part of the permit area will be <br />reseeded and reclaimed.
