11. Comments: This year, active mining operations moved over to the French property. The settling
onds remain located at the south end of the Lohmann property. and the processing plants have not
been moved either. We will be relocating some more pipelines in the coming year. We have seeded
the berms along the northern and eastern sides of the Lohmann property and maintained them
mowing and spraying for weeds if necessary We mowed all along Weld County Road 26 from our
entrance to the west to Weld County Road 13 Please see attached map for active mining areas.
