In accordance with Section 3.4 of the Rules and Regulations of
the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board, the following informa-
tion is being submitted on the O'Bannon Pit:
No material removed from pit this year. We are still awaiting
growth. Owner has expressed an interest in having permit trans-
ferred to him. We are presently discussing this with him.
