The name and permit number of the mine and the name and address of the permittee <br />aze: <br />Carbon Junction Mine (CDMG permit number C-92-080) <br />Oakridge Energy, Inc. <br />4613 Jacksboro Highway <br />Wichita Falls, Texas 76301 telephone (817) 322-4772 <br />b). No additional acreage was disturbed in 1999. <br />c). In 1999, backfilling and slope recontouring began on approximately 1.2 acres of the <br />North Pit. Placement of inert backfill material began in the southern area of the South Pit. <br />d). Topsoil replacement continued on the permanently reclaimed spoil area in 1999. A <br />total of approximately eight (8) acres were retopsoiled prior to the end of 1999. <br />e). No acreage was planted in 1999. No augmented seeding or cultural practices were <br />undertaken in 1999. <br />f). To date, no permanent revegetation as described in the mining and reclamation plan <br />has occurred at the Carbon Junction Mine. <br />
