~ . • -2- • <br />Since no production of coal is anticipated at McClane Canyon, <br />no new zones of water will be encountered and there will be <br />no additional impact upon the hydrologic balance of the per- <br />mit area. <br />Munger Canyon Mine has encountered no water to date, no pro- <br />duction is planned in the next year, and there has been nor <br />will be any impact on the permit area.
