Status of Permit Boud <br />The required bond is underwritten by Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, effective 2-27-06. <br />See attached copy of bond. <br />2. Storm Water Management <br />Telluride Gravel currently complies with the State of Colorado Storm Water Management Plan <br />Requirements. <br />3. Weed Control <br />Telluride Gravel performs weed control to comply with permit requirements. Weeds are maintained by <br />San Miguel County through a paid agreement and weeds are pulled by Telluride Gravel and disposed of <br />off-site by trash removal services. <br />4. Map of Current Disturbances and Reclamation Activities <br />Mining activities are inactive. Changes in locations of stockpiles and shops/plants are shown on the <br />attached drawing(s). Reclaimed areas are also identified.
