Mine bench and yard azea accounts for 3.1 acre total reclamation. Backfill, grading, <br />topsoil replacement (where applicable), and initial seeding occurred in summer and fall <br />1992. Limited interseeding of pastureland species was conducted on the yard azea in <br />1994. Limited interseeding on rangeland species occurred on the portal bench in 1995. <br />(2) The permitee may provide additional monitoring information as required by the approved <br />permit. <br />Sunland Mining Corp. indicates that weed spraying was conducted in the sediment pond <br />azea and spot spraying was conducted throughout the site. Please indicate what herbicide <br />was used and at what rate. Time of spraying is valuable to include as well. <br />The sediment pond emergency spillway was repaired and additional rock was placed in <br />the upper reaches of the office azea channel in 1999. <br />Please provide the requested information noted in the review to comply with Rule 2.04.13.
