There <br />is a dry crushing facility and dry screening; there <br />are no plans for a washing operation. Discharges shall <br />• be limited strictly to groundwater dewatering. Discharge <br />Point 001 shall be the outfall o:f the dewatering <br />line prior to entering the Colorado River as shown <br />in Figure 1, page 12. There are~to be no settling <br />ponds on the premises or off, and there will be no <br />runoff from the facility even in the event of extreme <br />precipitation events.
