Chambers:
This is to inform you that our attorney is currently drafting a
lease agreement concerning our proposed gravel pit,
• In the meantime, however, I am attempting to get the processes
of the various applications and permits underway. The first
phase of this is that of obtaining a Conditional Use Permit from
Garfield County. One of the prerequisites to obtaining this
permit is proof that we will have the water required by our
equipment for dust and emissions control. We really don't need
much water, but we must prove to them that we will have what
little we do need.
In an effort to proceed with all this prior to the time the
lease agreement is concluded, I have written the enclosed letter
and would appreciate your signatures.
Also enclosed, for your convenience, is an envelope for return
of the document to my attention.
I am confident that this will satisfy the Garfield County
Commissioners and put us another step along the way toward crushing
gravel.
Sincerely,
•
JDfZ/c j s
Encl.
J.D.
