A detailed mine map
is included with the 1996 Annual Hydrology Report.
Visual surveys of the area were conducted by MCC's contract surveyors while
surveying the grid shown on Map 29. MCC's contract hydrology monitoring
personnel are also in this area. No new subsidence features were observed. A visual
survey of the Jumbo Mountain azea was conducted by MCC surveyors while
surveying the photo control points shown on Map 30 and by MCC's contract
hydrology monitoring personnel. There are a series of cracks located
in the SW 1/4, Section 24, T13S, R91 W, 6`h PM, which are healing. One area bulged
approximately 1 foot. A series of new cracks were found approximately 300 feet
west ofPP10, SE1/4, Section 19, T13S, R90W, 6th PM. These cracks run
approximately north to south and were 1 foot deep and 1 foot wide.
