A registered engineer signed and stamped the report. <br />Rule 4.09.1(11)(b) The qualifted registered engineer shall provide to the Division a certified <br />report within 2 weeks after each inspection that the fill has been constructed as specified in the <br />Office of Office of <br />Mined Land Reclamation Denver Grand Junction Durango Active and Inactive Mines <br />
