This spring issues from a sandstone bed above the F Coal Seam, flows seasonally, and is typically dry in the late summer and fall months (Map 2). 3.2.1.2 Springy Spring 13-4 is located down valley fzom Spring 24-3 on the first tributary entering Raven Gulch from the west which is tributary to the North Fork and east of the West Flatiron mining panels.
