Box 891
Oak Creek, CO 80467
Re: Subsidence Survey Report
Foidel Creek Mine
Dear Mr. Wright:
The Division has received and reviewed the 1984 semi-annual subsidence
monitoring report. The Division agrees with the company's conclusion that
measurable subsidence has not yet been observed. Based upon the company's
recitation of the hydrologic conditions, it is logical to believe the
company's observation that the alluvial acquifer of Foidel Creek has not been
affected. However, we will need to review the annual hydrology report upon
its submittal, in order to attest to that conclusion.
Please call me if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
0 ~
Sandra L.
